All bolt-on gate hinges by SHUT IT are CNC machined to the tightest tolerances in the industry. The Half Bolt-On BadAss was designed to be used on gates where welding the hinges to the end post is not an option (no field welder). The Half Bolt-On BadAsses produce near frictionless movement with maintenance free usage.

• High-temperature sealed bearings – safe to powder coat with hinges installed on gate
• Yoke material is steel, the body material is aluminum
• No greasing or maintenance required on sealed bearings. EVER!
• Horizontal adjustability for perfect installations
• Flat, bolt-on bracket for through bolting
• Zinc plated
• Load rating per gate: 2,000 lb (900kg)
• Maximum gate weight: 600 lb (270kg)
