We are Michael Hendershot and Philip Ciaccio, the founders of Greenwich Hardware Co. We are a couple of ski buddies with different career and life backgrounds. The concept of GHC was forged at high elevation amidst the snowcapped Tetons, as we realized on the chair lift that the alloy of our respective skill sets would forge something we both wanted for ourselves - a company that celebrates craftsmanship, empowers customers and simplifies the hardware selection process.
Michael Hendershot, a classically trained woodworker and leader in architectural construction, brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of craftsmanship. Phil Ciaccio's expertise in technology, marketing, and e-commerce ensures a seamless and innovative customer experience. Together, their combined skills form the foundation of Greenwich Hardware Co.
