The 6” (152mm) of HardCORE V-Groove Wheel for 11⁄2” (38mm) Gate Frame is designed to be used on a gate with a 11⁄2” (38mm) bottom rail. This wheel includes a set of SHUT IT 6” (152mm) HardCORE Carriage Plates, which make for the ideal UL325-compatible installation. All HardCORE wheels use SHUT IT’s unique bushing design, which fully utilises the roller bearings.

Designed for a gate with a bottom rail• Two sealed maintenance-free bearings (no greasing)
• Adjustable plates for perfect installations
• Only1⅛” (29mm) wide to reduce friction and debris issues
• Super-hard cold rolled steel (30RC rating)
